Our North American branch was established in 2018 and our team is growing quickly. We’re looking for a Senior Firmware Developer to develop complex software systems and components as well as developing drivers for embedded systems. What You Are

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Warehouse Manager will join our team in Ashburn, VA. You’ll work closely with the Business Operations team to guarantee orders are fulfilled in the most efficient manner, satisfying our internal and external customer needs.

You are highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in logistics and inventory management. Posse excellent leadership and communication skills, enabling you to effectively oversee a diverse team and coordinate with other departments. You have proficiency in warehouse management software and a solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures are essential. You are adept at problem-solving, capable of making quick decisions under pressure, and committed to maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to changing demands are also crucial qualities for success in this role.

Your tasks

  • Lead the company in starting new warehouse operations at our new location in Ashburn, VA.
  • Create warehouse design by planning the layout, optimizing space, choosing equipment, and product handling systems. Execute the plan upon management approval.
  • Develop warehouse operations systems by creating process workflow strategies and implementing changes accordingly.
  • Direct all warehousing, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations.
  • Meet warehouse operations goals by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
  • Train, manage, and develop a warehouse team, including monitoring performance and conducting evaluations.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safe operations.
  • Establish a consistent delivery schedule with sufficient look-ahead to meet customer needs and demands.
  • Perform incoming and outgoing inspections to maintain a low level of customer returns and issues.
  • Manage return material handling procedures in coordination with various departments such as support and operations.
  • Develop and implement all necessary quality programs and processes to promote effective scaled growth.

Your profile

  • Qualifications include:
    • Demonstrated experience successfully executing an efficient warehouse design.
    • 5-10 years of warehouse management experience.
    • Familiarity with inventory management core principles (e.g., inventory cycle counting) and order fulfillment software.
    • Familiarity with shipping/receiving through FedEx, UPS, DHL.
    • Forklift certified.
    • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
